Our Cyber Security Assessment is an analysis of an organization's established security posture. The analysis is led by a domain expert, who together with a customer representative cover topics within the areas of organization & management, IT, and industrial/operational IT. The Cyber Security Assessment is delivered at a fixed price at a fixed time.

Why?

One of the top priorities concerning Cyber Security is to maintain or enhance a decided risk level based on a cost/benefit analysis. The Cyber Security Assessment establishes your current situation and target situation and is the first step to establishing an ISMS - Information Security Management System.

(Note: Cegal is ISO 27001-certified which is one of the most well-known ISMS frameworks). If you already have implemented an ISMS, you can use the Cegal Cyber Security Assessment to verify your ISMS.

## **Result**

The final report includes an overall maturity assessment and a detailed assessment for each topic, illustrated using radar charts.

Each topic description includes:

- Purpose and value
- Degree of implementation
- Assessment and consequence of the degree of implementation
- Recommended improvements, weighted as a foundation for prioritization
