As the Team Lead Geoscience Sales for Asia, Middle East, and Pacific, he is dedicated to driving innovation and digital transformation in geology, geophysics, and reservoir engineering workflows.

Senior Software Analyst

Mordekhai is a Senior Software Analyst at Cegal. He holds a Master of Science and has a background in geoscience, geophysics and data-driven technology. He is passionate about applying machine learning and AI to make subsurface data easier to find, analyze and use.
 
He works on Petrel integration and Python-based tooling, including Cegal’s Prizm Python Tool Pro, alongside a range of data science and data management technologies. He also builds LLM, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) solutions for subsurface data, and has published in a range of journals and conference proceedings.
