Vlad is the Product Manager for Prizm, Cegal's suite of data science products. A geoscientist by background, he has contributed to Prizm's development for the past four years. Vlad works closely with clients and the development team to shape the product's strategy and design features to meet customer needs. 

Adam Watt is a Product Manager at Cegal, focused on technical and subsurface data management for the energy industry. He leads the development of Cenova, a platform designed to help organizations gain control of fragmented data estates through improved visibility, governance, and optimization. His work centers on turning complex data challenges into practical, scalable solutions that support better decision-making and operational efficiency.

An enthusiastic multi-domain geoscientist with over 20 years of professional experience covering a broad range of roles with leading software companies supporting the oil and gas industry.  He enjoys working with clients to analyze their challenges and develop software products to meet their specific needs.

As Data Products Portfolio Manager, Rebecca oversees Cegal’s suite of subsurface data management products. She is responsible for the strategic direction, and with her team delivers unique data management solutions tailored to our industry's evolving needs. As a geoscientist by background, she understands customers’ perspectives and challenges, and she brings 12+ years of industry experience. 

Joanne is an experienced Geophysicist with more than 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Joanne joined Cegal’s team in March 2024 as Technical Sales advisor and works closely with customers to ensure they extract as much value as possible out of Cegal’s Geoscience and Data Management products portfolio.

Ole Johannes has a broad E&P industry background. He has spent much of his capacity talking to international E&P players in Europe - giving advise on where the Cegal house of products can add value to the various workflows established within the companies. 

Louise is the recently appointed Geoscience Product Portfolio Manager. Louise brings a strong foundation in Geoscience and Software Products to the role, aligning market needs, product strategy, and technical innovation to lead the portfolio towards solutions that deliver clear value for customers.

John is the Global Director of Geoscience at Cegal. With a strong foundation in geology, geophysics, and advanced data and digital technologies, he is deeply passionate about the energy industry, software solutions, and digital innovation.

He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Geoscience and Data portfolio, including product development, engineering, and commercial strategy. John is continuously focused on delivering value to customers through innovative technology, operational excellence, and industry-leading solutions.

Kersti has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, complemented by a broad background in product management and business development. As the head of the Software business unit at Cegal, she is at the forefront of driving the company’s strategic vision, spearheading initiatives that deliver exceptional business value to customers in the energy industry. Through her leadership, Cegal is committed to foster innovation and lead with technology and expertise in an ever-evolving market landscape.

As Director of Product Marketing in Cegal, Julie spearheads the company's product portfolio's marketing strategy. With more than 18 years of experience in petroleum geoscience, product management, sales and marketing, and digital technologies, she brings a unique blend of skills to her role. 

Alan is a geophysicist with over 20 years of experience helping energy companies unlock the value of their subsurface data. With a background spanning seismic processing, imaging, reservoir characterization, and geoscience software, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong focus on customer success. At Cegal, Alan leads the Geophysics Applications portfolio, driving innovative solutions that support better subsurface understanding and decision-making.
